As part of this test, we are providing you this simple sheet to track and monitor EVE’s benefits to your plants. Thank you in advance for filling this out over the course of your grow. The information will help us better understand how EVE is increasing the yield and health of your crops.

		Apply EVE once per week over these six (6) weeks

		(please ENTER date of each application in each weekly box above)

EVE APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Begin EVE’s six (6) week Application on the last two weeks of the Vegetative Stage (at least 5-6 days after transplant).
Apply EVE one (1) time per week over the six (6) weeks shown on the Application Calendar.
Apply EVE as a foliar spray evenly over the leaves of your plants.
To ACTIVATE and BLEND Sub Micron Minerals SHAKE WELL before EACH USE.
Do not Freeze!
Please keep in mind, EVE can be applied directly over your existing nutrients.
